Coming September: Invasive Plants in Connecticut with Rose Hiskes

Rose Hiskes, the co-chair of the Connecticut Invasive Plant Working Group, will share information on current invasive plants found in Connecticut. The presentation will include information on how we can identify the plants and what steps we should take to mitigate their role in our gardens and community.

This event is sponsored by the Portland River Valley Garden Club. Members of the public are welcome to attend, but we ask that you register with the Portland Library.
